Here is a preview of a new piece I did for Advanced Photoshop magazine, the final version had some more splashes, but it will be on the front cover and I also wrote a tutorial teaching you some techniques to create it, issue 110, keep an eye out!

Been watching all my studio ghibli collection recently, love some of the characters and concepts.

Got a new ride today! Nissan 350z GT (Nismo Edition) I love it so far, will be driving a lot this weekend.

Headed up to London last weekend for Freshlymade, a graffiti, urban type event held at brick lane. We had a little stand for funkrush and flogged a few tee’s. It was cool trying all kinds of food at the markets there, and watching live graffiti etc, ive missed that area! Stayed at mikes too, and had that firecracker from wagamamas (highly recommended) while I was there I also bought a new car! Will post about that soon, but its lovely :)

Last weekend I went to Paris, France. Was just for an extended weekend but we did a lot, all the usual tourist stuff, as you can probably tell from the photos. We also attended the largest streetdance competition in the world, which was awesome to watch! Inspiring and made me want to start dancing again! The Louvre was closing so couldnt see the art, but I did a freeze in the lobby! We went to a few clubs, and bars, Paris was probably the most expensive city I have been too. It was sunny saturday, and by tuesday we had been snowed in by ‘Europes big freeze’ Eurostar and flights cancelled, so we got an extended holiday and returned first class next day with free alcohol and snacks, winner!

Got myself a new toy the other day!

Last weekend I drove up to London to meet up with fellow members of Depthcore, some guys from Fotolia were there also filming stuff for a documentary on my brother Mike. As usual it was a messy affair and mostly involved drinking, but was great to catch up. We did a little doodling, shared stories and even threw some shapes. Good also to catch up with my old flatmate Tom (of now surgeon simulator 2013 fame) and all the Depthcore guys, look forward to the next meetup!

I was recently commissioned by Ed Rush to do his new official Logotype, this was the final design. Great working with people in the music industry I have been listening too for years!

Working on such a cool job right now, I think this screenshot says it all :)

Kinda like this, need to work on a logo, think my v5 logo was the most popular one, so i might go old school or might have something like this for my new site (which im working on soon!) In fact I might put all my aeiko logo’s together and see which one or style people prefer.
